(2009, 2012, 2021), MDRD, Cockcroft-Gault, EKFC, FAS,
Lund-Malmoe, the Berlin Initiative Study, Schwartz bedside,
CKiD U25, CAPA, and a neonatal equation. Helpers for body
surface area, CKD (KDIGO) staging, and unit conversions are
included.
